  1. After reading all the reviews, the one that does the best job interpreting the film is the one written by Robert Ebert because explain exactly the main idea in the movie whereas one of the review talks about the characters and the other ones about the author vision and point of view. On the one I chose, Robert Ebert give the main idea of the movie by introducing all the characters in the movie and explain there life and there taught. But for him the best act is for the frustrated policeman but i think that the TV manager has also is place in the best acting because is the translator between the the white people and the black ones.

  2. I think Roger Ebert did the "best" job interpreting the movie, because he seems to know the actual meaning behind it. It is a movie with a free will, yet it stays on a plot to string all of the characters together in a web or sorts. While the film may have an issue of stereotyping in it, it is supposed to. Without the stereotyping then people wouldn't see the point of this movie, which is to understand the situations in the movie and reali life and to progress from those standpoints. That's exactly how I see the movie, an inspiration to progress, and he hit the key points very well.

I think the best movie review was the rogere bert review. I think this review interpret the film better than the other two reveiws because of it's details. This review went more in depth with each character and the movie meaning. It gave the audience alot of background information that inform the readers of what was going on in The film. The review was right about how no matter what the situation was, you were gonna get sterotype because of your race. It was also right when he said "crash is a movie about free will and anything could happened. This is true because alot of things that went on in the film was unexpected.  But I also think they were wrong about saying "we know quickly enough who the characters are".  I think this is false because we never knew what the characters lifestyles was until further in the film. The characters were very suspenseful and hard to judge because we never knew what there actions would be. I would add to the review my thoughts on the film over all. I would also add how the movie effected me and how it should impact others.

The rogere bert review was very close to my opinion on the movie. He got a lot of things right in my opinion, but he did not mention the sterotyping. This is what i would add to the review. There is a lot of sterotyping that brings the racial tention. And which has a lot of people assuming different things about different people. I actually like the fact that they show everybody is dicrimnated aganinst, but you do not see to many whites doing against each other.

  5. Sylvester Nzekwe- I read the first review and I loved the beginning. When he names all of the races and hw they all have to overcome some obstacle even though it isnt clear for everyone. What I disagrred with is when he stated the "we understand quickly enough who the characters are and what their lives are like." I totally disagreed with that statement. For some of the characters yes but not all. I didnt the the boy who got shot at the end was brother to the detective. i didnt know the detective was going through issues with his mom till towards the end. Also i agree with how t speaks about how everyones prejudgement blinds them to see the real person. I would really add anything because he stated some very good points.

After reading the reviews i feel that the best one written was the one by Rogere Bert. He emphasizes on each character's individual battle. He also talks about the way they all seem to "crash" as the movie plays out. I dont think that the movie is really understood until it is completely over, but he feels that the viewer should easily interpret the story line. This was a very good plot for a movie and it wasn't much that could be added to the review.

I think the best review came from Robert Ebert. It explained how the characters all felt the same way about other racist and extremely different about their own race. All the characters, whether they were good or bad, had fault and had to make decision. Most of the decisions that were made were made from the perception they had of the other race. Ebert shows still well. As in the case of the cop who thought he saw the white woman with the black man. Overall, Robert Ebert's review had the best explaination of the film.

  8. The review that does the best job interpreting the film is the one Robert Ebert wrote. The review explains exactly what happen and you could actually see what stand point he was coming from. Ebert went in details which the other two reviews didn’t. The movie has a lot of stereotyping but if it didn’t you wouldn’t get the point. I wouldn’t add anything to the movies because he explained everything well and made it clear.

  9. The Robert Berg Interview got it right when it came to the review on crash. Berg discuss the positive aspects of the movie Crash and how it opened up a discussion and look into racial stereotyping and prejudice. The reviewer was wrong on how it may be interpreted by other people. I would probably stress the importance of how we let stereotyping get in the way of making false judgments about a group of people.

  10. Robert Ebert does a better review then the other reviews. His review is very precise and it clearly tells what happen and you could actually see what point he was coming from. Ebert went more in detail with the review and two reviews didn’t. The movie does have a lot of racial stereotyping and racism and explains it clearly enough to where you will understand his point. I wouldn’t add anything to his review because he explained everything well.
